After working at creative advertising agencies in Los Angeles and Shanghai, I pursued a career in UX design to combine my passion for business strategy, behavioral psychology, and innovative technology. My expertise in mobile application design help clients formulate and implement integrated solutions to drive customer engagement. I advise clients on the appropriate user research and testing methodologies to fit their needs and lead teams to conduct holistic experience audits to create products and services that best suit the user's mindsets and goals.

Growing up as a Third Culture Chinese American during the internet boom, I am fascinated with the cognitive science in how technology shapes human interactions and online/offline behaviors. I am fortunate to collaborate with clients and creatives teams from the U.S., China, Tokyo, France and Canada. My diverse experience in multi-media design and creative strategic solutions helps fill the gap between business planning team, designers, developers, and the audience.
